Terms

A non-refundable deposit is payable at any time of booking and the balance of hire charge payable one month prior to occupying Cottage. Cheques made payable to Mrs C Sutherland. any cancellation to be advised in writing.

premises must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, and will be available no earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival.

Sorry we are unable to take pets.
